Walibi Holland is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities.

We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards. To assist us in this process, we have hired Ipedis to perform a complete accessibility audit of our website, including both automated and manual testing.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities

The website of Walibi Holland is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially compliant means that the content is partially conform to accessibility standard.

OUR COMMITMENT

Walibi Holland efforts to substantially conform with WCAG 2.2 level AA, we can mention the following accessibility accomplishments:

·  The reading direction is properly defined where required.

·  The site does not lock screen orientation and is usable in both portrait and landscape modes.

·  The layout adapts to various screen sizes (down to 320px wide) without loss of content or functionality, limiting horizontal scrolling.

·  Information is not conveyed by color alone; equivalent textual cues are provided.

·  Actions triggered by long-press or swipe gestures can be cancelled or require confirmation to prevent accidental activation.

·  The primary language of each page is correctly declared, allowing assistive technologies to interpret the content accurately.

·  Form errors are clearly identified.

·  Interactive components have sufficient target size to be easily operable.

·  Links are clear and descriptive.

Despite best efforts to ensure accessibility of Walibi Holland website, there may be some limitations. Walibi Holland commits to work towards remediating these known limitations:

·  Informative images do not have a relevant textual alternative.

·  Decorative images and icons are not ignored by assistive technologies.

·  Some group of form fields has no legend.

·  The hierarchy of headings is not relevant on several pages.

·  Elements have been structured as tables only for presentation purposes.

·  Some pages contain empty <p> elements.

·  Some texts have an insufficient contrast ratio with respect to their background even when the improved contrast control is activated.

·  Some functionalities are not available through a keyboard interface.

·  Some pages do not have a relevant title as the website cannot be identified through it.

·  The focus does not always follow a logical path.

·  The focus is not always visible when placed on some components.

·  The accessible name of some components do not match/contain at least the visible label.

·   Some textual information are provided in a foreign language, with no language indication in the code.

·   A change of context is initiated when selecting filters on a page.

·   Some components do not have an accessible name.

·   Some components are not accessible to assistive technologies.

·   Some status messages are not correctly rendered by the screen reader.
